Ik bied privé fietstours door Valencia aan: je fietst alleen met je eigen groep, met mij als gids. De route, de duur en wat er bij de tour inbegrepen is, staan op de website en spreken we af bij het bevestigen van de boeking.
2. Boeken
Stuur me een aanvraag via het formulier op de website, via WhatsApp of per e-mail. De boeking is definitief zodra ik de datum en het tijdstip per WhatsApp of e-mail heb bevestigd.
3. Prijs en betaling
De prijs die op het moment van boeken op de website staat, is van toepassing (op dit moment € 150 voor 1–2 volwassenen, € 25 voor elke extra volwassene en € 20 per kind; een kleintje in een kinderzitje is gratis). Dat is een eindprijs, zonder extra kosten. Boek je via WhatsApp of e-mail, dan betaal je niets vooraf: de tour betaal je vóór vertrek, contant of met je bankpas of creditcard. Boek je via de online boekingspagina, dan betaal je het volledige bedrag direct bij het boeken via Stripe en is je boeking meteen bevestigd.
4. Annuleren door jou
Boekingen via WhatsApp of e-mail (zonder vooruitbetaling) kun je altijd gratis annuleren of verzetten. Laat het me wel zo snel mogelijk weten via WhatsApp of e-mail, zodat ik de datum aan anderen kan aanbieden.
Online boekingen (vooraf betaald) kun je kosteloos annuleren tot 48 uur voor aanvang van de tour; je krijgt dan het volledige bedrag terug of kiest een andere datum. Bij annulering binnen 48 uur of als je niet komt opdagen, vindt geen terugbetaling plaats. Annuleren doe je via WhatsApp of e-mail.
5. Slecht weer
Als het weer niet veilig genoeg is om te fietsen (bijvoorbeeld bij harde regen, onweer of een officiële weerwaarschuwing), stel ik een andere datum voor of annuleren we de tour zonder kosten. Heb je online vooraf betaald, dan kies je zelf: een nieuwe datum of je geld volledig terug.
6. Annuleren door mij
Kan ik de tour door ziekte of overmacht niet doen, dan laat ik het je zo snel mogelijk weten en stel ik een andere datum voor. Past die niet, dan vervalt de tour zonder kosten voor jou.
7. Deelname en veiligheid
Om mee te doen moet je goed kunnen fietsen. Minderjarigen doen altijd mee onder begeleiding en verantwoordelijkheid van een volwassene. Tijdens de tour volg je de verkeersregels en de aanwijzingen van de gids. Ik raad aan een helm te dragen; voor kinderen onder de 16 is dat in Spanje wettelijk verplicht. Laat het me bij het boeken weten als iemand een lichamelijke beperking of een bijzondere behoefte heeft, zodat ik de route kan aanpassen.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
Iedere deelnemer is zelf verantwoordelijk voor zijn manier van fietsen en voor zijn eigen spullen. Ik ben niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat doordat de verkeersregels of de aanwijzingen van de gids niet worden gevolgd, behalve waar de wet het beperken van aansprakelijkheid niet toestaat. Ik raad een reisverzekering aan.
9. Herroepingsrecht
Voor vrijetijdsdiensten op een vaste datum, zoals een tour, geldt geen herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen (artikel 103, onder l, van het Spaanse Koninklijk Wetgevend Besluit 1/2007). Zoals hierboven staat, kun je wel altijd gratis annuleren.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is het Spaanse recht van toepassing. Als consument behoud je de bescherming die de wetten van je woonland je geven. Heb je een klacht? Laat het me dan eerst weten: ik probeer het samen met je op te lossen.
De gegevens die je in het formulier invult (naam, e-mailadres, datum, aantal personen en bericht) worden niet naar onze server gestuurd. Als je op de knop drukt, opent WhatsApp met een kant-en-klaar bericht dat je zelf verstuurt. Als je me via WhatsApp of e-mail schrijft, ontvang ik de gegevens die je stuurt. Ik gebruik ze alleen om je aanvraag te beantwoorden en de tour te organiseren. Grondslag: maatregelen vóór het sluiten van de overeenkomst en de uitvoering ervan. Ik bewaar ze zolang dat nodig is voor de tour en daarna alleen gedurende de wettelijke termijnen (bijvoorbeeld voor facturen).
WhatsApp is een dienst van WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), die berichten verwerkt volgens zijn eigen privacybeleid.
Online boeken
Boek je via de online boekingspagina, dan bewaren we je naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, eventuele boodschap, de gekozen datum en tijd, het aantal personen en de betalingsreferentie. We gebruiken ze om je boeking te bevestigen, je de bevestiging met het startpunt te sturen, contact met je op te nemen over de tour en aan boekhoudkundige verplichtingen te voldoen. Grondslag: de uitvoering van de overeenkomst en wettelijke verplichtingen. De betaling verloopt via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ierland); je kaartgegevens zien wij nooit. We bewaren deze gegevens zolang dat nodig is voor de tour en daarna gedurende de wettelijke termijnen.
Bezoek aan de website
De website wordt gehost door IONOS (servers in de EU), dat voor de beveiliging technische gegevens van bezoeken (IP-adres, datum en pagina) een beperkte tijd in zijn toegangslogs kan bewaren. Grondslag: ons gerechtvaardigd belang om de website veilig te laten werken.
Om lettertypen, pictogrammen en sommige afbeeldingen te tonen, laadt je browser bestanden van Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) en andere externe servers, die daarbij je IP-adres ontvangen.
Cookies
Deze website gebruikt geen analysecookies. Alleen als je daar in de melding onderaan toestemming voor geeft, laadt de website de tag van Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.). Die plaatst cookies om te meten of iemand die op een advertentie heeft geklikt daarna een tour boekt of een offerte aanvraagt (conversiemeting). We gebruiken dit niet voor gepersonaliseerde reclame. Google kan daarbij gegevens buiten de EU verwerken, met de waarborgen die Google daarvoor biedt. Grondslag: je toestemming, die je altijd kunt intrekken via cookie-instellingen. Je keuze bewaren we in je browser (localStorage).
Met wie we gegevens delen
Alleen met de genoemde diensten (IONOS, WhatsApp, Stripe voor online betalingen, de servers voor lettertypen en pictogrammen en, als je toestemming geeft, Google Ads voor conversiemeting). We verkopen je gegevens niet en gebruiken ze niet voor gepersonaliseerde reclame.
Je rechten

The tips and recommendations on the website are personal and for guidance only; opening hours and prices of restaurants, museums and other places may change.
I offer private bike tours in Valencia: you ride only with your own group, with me as your guide. The route, duration and what is included in each tour are shown on the website and agreed when the booking is confirmed.
2. How to book
Send me a request through the form on the website, via WhatsApp or by email. Your booking is confirmed once I confirm the date and time by WhatsApp or email.
3. Price and payment
The price shown on the website at the time of booking applies (currently €150 for 1–2 adults, €25 for each extra adult and €20 per child; a little one in a child seat is free). This is a final price with no extra costs. If you book by WhatsApp or email, nothing is paid in advance: you pay for the tour before it starts, in cash or by card. If you book through the online booking page, you pay the full amount right away via Stripe and your booking is confirmed instantly.
4. Cancellation by you
Bookings made by WhatsApp or email (without prepayment) can be cancelled or changed free of charge at any time. Please let me know as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email, so that I can offer the date to other people.
Online bookings (paid in advance) can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour starts; you then receive a full refund or choose another date. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are not refunded. To cancel, contact me by WhatsApp or email.
5. Bad weather
If the weather doesn’t allow safe cycling (for example heavy rain, a storm or an official weather warning), I will suggest another date or we cancel the tour at no cost. If you paid online in advance, you choose: a new date or a full refund.
6. Cancellation by me
If I can’t run the tour because of illness or other circumstances beyond my control, I will let you know as soon as possible and suggest another date. If that doesn’t suit you, the tour is cancelled at no cost to you.
7. Participation and safety
To join the tour you must be able to ride a bike confidently. Minors always take part accompanied by, and under the responsibility of, an adult. During the tour you must follow the traffic rules and the guide’s instructions. I recommend wearing a helmet; for children under 16 it is required by Spanish law. Please tell me when booking if anyone has a physical limitation or special need, so I can adapt the route.
8. Liability
Each participant is responsible for their own riding and belongings. I am not liable for damage caused by not following the traffic rules or the guide’s instructions, except where the law does not allow such liability to be limited. I recommend having travel insurance.
9. Right of withdrawal
Leisure services for a specific date, such as a tour, are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). As stated above, you can still cancel free of charge at any time.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact me first: I will try to solve it with you.
The details you enter in the form (name, email, date, number of people and message) are not sent to our server. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message that you send yourself. If you write to me by WhatsApp or email, I receive the details you send. I use them only to answer your request and organise the tour. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of the contract. I keep them as long as needed for the tour and afterwards only for the periods required by law (for example, for invoicing).
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), which processes messages under its own privacy policy.
Online booking
If you book through the online booking page, we store your name, email address, phone number, any message, the chosen date and time, the number of people and the payment reference. We use them to confirm your booking, send you the confirmation with the meeting point, contact you about the tour and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland); we never see your card details. We keep this data as long as needed for the tour and afterwards for the periods required by law.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted by IONOS (servers in the EU), which may record technical data about visits (IP address, date and page) in its access logs for a limited time, for security. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely.
To display fonts, icons and some images, your browser loads files from Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and other external servers, which receive your IP address.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics cookies. Only if you give your consent in the notice at the bottom of the page does the website load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.). It sets cookies to measure whether someone who clicked an ad later books a tour or requests a quote (conversion measurement). We do not use this for personalised advertising. Google may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards Google provides for this. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via cookie settings. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage).
Who we share data with
Only with the services mentioned (IONOS, WhatsApp, Stripe for online payments, the font and icon servers and, if you consent, Google Ads for conversion measurement). We do not sell your data or use it for personalised advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email me at info@albanobiketours.com. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your country.

Ofrezco tours privados en bicicleta por Valencia: solo vas con tu grupo y conmigo como guía. La ruta, la duración y lo que incluye cada tour se indican en la web y se acuerdan al confirmar la reserva.
2. Cómo reservar
Envíame una solicitud con el formulario de la web, por WhatsApp o por email. La reserva queda confirmada cuando te confirmo la fecha y la hora por WhatsApp o por email.
3. Precio y pago
Se aplica el precio publicado en la web en el momento de la reserva (actualmente 150 € para 1–2 adultos, 25 € por cada adulto más y 20 € por niño; un peque en sillita no paga). El precio es final, sin costes añadidos. Si reservas por WhatsApp o email, no se paga nada por adelantado: el tour se paga antes de empezar, en efectivo o con tarjeta. Si reservas en la página de reservas online, pagas el importe completo al reservar a través de Stripe y la reserva queda confirmada al momento.
4. Cancelación por tu parte
Las reservas hechas por WhatsApp o email (sin pago por adelantado) se pueden cancelar o cambiar gratis en cualquier momento. Te pido que me avises cuanto antes por WhatsApp o por email, para poder ofrecer la fecha a otras personas.
Las reservas online (pagadas por adelantado) se pueden cancelar gratis hasta 48 horas antes del tour, con devolución completa o cambio de fecha. Si cancelas con menos de 48 horas o no te presentas, no hay devolución. Para cancelar, escríbeme por WhatsApp o por email.
5. Mal tiempo
Si el tiempo no permite ir en bici con seguridad (por ejemplo, lluvia fuerte, tormenta o una alerta meteorológica oficial), te propongo otra fecha o cancelamos el tour sin ningún coste. Si pagaste online por adelantado, eliges tú: otra fecha o la devolución completa.
6. Cancelación por mi parte
Si por enfermedad u otra causa de fuerza mayor no puedo hacer el tour, te aviso lo antes posible y te propongo otra fecha. Si no te va bien, se cancela sin coste para ti.
7. Participación y seguridad
Para hacer el tour debes saber montar en bicicleta con soltura. Los menores de edad participan siempre acompañados y bajo la responsabilidad de un adulto. Durante el tour hay que respetar las normas de tráfico y seguir las indicaciones del guía. Recomiendo llevar casco; para los menores de 16 años es obligatorio por ley. Avísame al reservar si alguien tiene alguna limitación física o necesidad especial, para adaptar la ruta.
8. Responsabilidad
Cada participante es responsable de su propia conducción y de sus pertenencias. No me hago responsable de daños causados por no seguir las normas de tráfico o las indicaciones del guía, salvo en los casos en que la ley no permita limitar esta responsabilidad. Recomiendo tener un seguro de viaje.
9. Derecho de desistimiento
Los servicios de ocio con una fecha concreta, como un tour, no tienen el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días (artículo 103.l del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Aun así, como se indica arriba, puedes cancelar gratis en cualquier momento.
10. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección que te den las leyes de tu país de residencia. Si tienes una queja, escríbeme primero: intentaré resolverla contigo.
Los datos que escribes en el formulario (nombre, email, fecha, número de personas y mensaje) no se envían a nuestro servidor. Al pulsar el botón se abre WhatsApp con un mensaje ya preparado, que envías tú mismo. Si me escribes por WhatsApp o por email, recibo los datos que me mandes. Los uso solo para responder a tu solicitud y organizar el tour. Base legal: la aplicación de medidas precontractuales y la ejecución del contrato. Los guardo mientras sea necesario para el tour y después solo durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, facturación).

Reservas online
Si reservas en la página de reservas online, guardamos tu nombre, email, teléfono, el mensaje si escribes uno, la fecha y hora elegidas, el número de personas y la referencia del pago. Los usamos para confirmar tu reserva, enviarte la confirmación con el punto de inicio, contactarte sobre el tour y cumplir obligaciones contables. Base legal: la ejecución del contrato y el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales. El pago lo gestiona Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Irlanda); nosotros nunca vemos los datos de tu tarjeta. Guardamos estos datos mientras sea necesario para el tour y después durante los plazos que exige la ley.
Visitas a la web
La web está alojada en IONOS (servidores en la UE), que puede registrar datos técnicos de las visitas (dirección IP, fecha y página) en sus registros de acceso durante un tiempo limitado, por seguridad. Base legal: nuestro interés legítimo en que la web funcione de forma segura.
Para mostrar las fuentes, los iconos y algunas imágenes, tu navegador carga archivos de Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) y otros servidores externos, que reciben tu dirección IP.
Cookies
Esta web no usa cookies de analítica.
